Let's see. It has not snowed in 5 or 6 days at this point but the unsold Main south CDC houses still do not have their sidewalks shoveled at all. This is complete and utter bullshit, plain and simple. What is good for the goose should be good for the gander.
Main South CDC gets sweetheart deals from the city regarding land, financing and the like but they refuse to even shovel their sidewalks to city standards. To make matters worse this property is one block from the new Boys and Girls Club. You would think that an entity like the Main South CDc would really be about the "neighborhood" and "safety". Apparently it is nothing but a facade.
Shame on you!!!!

solve the problemo 4Rilla and get on the phone to Barry O & Jimmy Mac and ask them to make a change to HUD purchase qualifications and let's get those homes sold to some solid middle class families and young professionals...you may see that hood of yers change much quicker!
It is a radical idea to really help the solid middle class...but it just may work
