Attack Of The Blogs!


So the new issue of Forbes Magazine showed up yesterday and look what we have as the cover story. "Attack of the Blogs" They destroy brands and wreck lives! Give me a break.

Highlights include these gems:

- Bloggers are more of a threat than people realize, and they are only going to get more toxic....The potential for brand damage is really high.

- There is bad information out there in the blog space, and you have only hours to get ahead of it and cut it off, especially if it's juicy.

- The online haters have formidable alliers amplifying their tirades to a potential wordwide audience of 900 million: Google, Yahoo and Microsoft...

- (speaking about google) They serve up vitriolic "content" (their quotes not mine) without bearing any responsibility for ensuring it is fair or accurate; at times they even sell ads alongside the diatribes.

I think you get the gist of it....
I'm off to the gym!

Thanks Bill. I didnt even read anything else in the Forbes becasue that article was so lame....

Good to see some green on the street these past few days though!
