17 lousy minutes of 4th of July fireworks... On the 5th! And a "grand finale" that probably clocked in at all of 60 seconds. Lame. Maybe the fireworks money could have went towards the pools!

I don't understand why this was not done on the 4th of July like Boston..are we worried about competing...worried that no one will come because they will all be in Boston or better yet on Cape Cod?
I am really disappointed on the lack of spirit in this city over the 4th of July...I went up to Rutland off and on this weekend..a town with some real 4th of July spirit..
